A decade long creative partnership: Celebrating 10 years with Yale in EMEIA

This year marks a special milestone for us at The Agency — ten years of working side by side with Yale in EMEIA. What started as a professional collaboration has grown into a genuine partnership, built on trust, creativity, and a shared ambition to keep moving the brand forward.

Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege of creating thousands of packaging designs that have found their way onto shelves across Europe, Middle East, India and Africa – each one carrying Yale’s reputation for trusted security into customers’ homes. We’ve supported exhibitions in major European cities as well as emerging markets further afield, ensuring Yale’s story connects with every audience.

Together, we’ve launched products that have shaped Yale’s presence in EMEIA – developing the tools, presentations, technical documents, and campaigns that make each launch consistent, compelling, and commercially effective. Each project has brought fresh challenges and opportunities, strengthening our collaboration year after year.

Our digital work has been just as rewarding. From social campaigns to immersive showroom experiences, PR events, and advertising campaigns, we’ve helped spark conversations and strengthen connections across the EMEIA region. We’ve also celebrated the people behind the brand, with bespoke trophies, videos, animations, and step-by-step guides that have educated, inspired, and recognised achievements throughout the Yale network.
