We have been working with Ecobat Resources to implement a unified international brand at a national level.
With massive operations throughout Europe, the United States, and Southern Africa, the Ecobat business had acquired a large number of organisiations all operating as individual brands. Now under American ownership, Ecobat rebranded into 4 clear divisions; Ecobat Resources, Ecobat Logistics, Ecobat Solutions, Ecobat Battery. While some businesses in the group had generations of established equity in their names, the decision was taken that all parties would adopt the new framework and move forward with a more unified, consistent brand approach.
While that core brand direction was in place, rolling it out and applying it to the individual businesses needed to be controlled regionally which is where we stepped in to help. Working with the SMT here in the UK and brand team in the US, we created a range of comms material for the UK featuring the new brand. Most significantly we rebranded the massive South Darley smelting site – all signage (some 400 in total), safety guidance and environmental graphics were updated in line with the new brand. We created hundreds of new icons and supporting collateral for the business and look forward to applying what we have learned here to other sites.
